Green Flag 2023 Update

On Wednesday 17th, May 2023 Mr Gilbourne, Claire Whelan, Áine O’ Connor and James Moloney travelled to Cork to collect the latest Green Schools Flag for Biodiversity. It  was  a fun day out. As a school we are very proud of this achievement. Well done all in keeping our school so tidy and clean.

Biodiversity looks at steps which can be taken in schools to increase awareness of the importance of native plants, animals and habitats, and to increase species-richness in a locality.
